Is the shop heated? Air conditioned?
Our state of the art facility has 2 force hot air waste oil burners. We also have 4 above head ac units to keep the shops' temperature well-regulated and cool on those blistering hot days.

What is the size of the team I’d be working with?
5 advisor/ service manager/ 1 service dispatcher/ 9 technicians/ 1 shop Forman

What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?
We are open Monday through Thursday 7:00am 6:00pm,Friday 7:00am- 5:00pm and Saturday 8:00am-5:00pm. We have three technician shifts: A shift 7am-4pm / B shift 8am-5pm / C shift 9am-6pm.

What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?
We provide all Honda diagnostic equipment, laptops, I pads, in ground alignment machine, tire changer, road force balancer, 2 break flush machines,2 coolant flush machines,2 power steering flush machines, overhead air reels, overhead oil guns, overhead exhaust system, and last but not least a room dedicated to Honda special tools all organizer for convenience.

What type of break room facility is provided?
Clean and quiet break room with microwave, coffee machine and vending machines.

How many bays does your shop have?

How many repair orders do you average per month?
We average 1118 repair orders a month.

What is your parts ordering process?
All parts of communication are done through an application called TCC (Total Customer Connect). This application helps streamline communication between technician parts associate and advisor to ensure that parts are ordered quick and correctly once authorization is given.

What is your policy on side work?
Working on you own vehicle is permitted with a repair order providing the needs of the shop are not hindered.

Are there any other unique features of the work environment worth noting?
lunch provided on most saturdays, cook outs in the warmer weather, fun friendly family enviroment.


Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?
We offer online Honda training at no cost and paid training at the Honda training center.

Can you describe opportunities for career growth at your business?
We prefer to promote from within and always look internally before advertising outside.

Can you describe your performance review process?
Monthly informal one on one meetings and annual performance reviews.

What type of safety training is required?
A/C certification required (can be completed here at no cost).

Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?
Our younger/ less experienced techs work with the service manager for the first 2 weeks, then will shadow one of our experienced technicians until everyone is comfortable.

Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?
We are actively looking to get involved with local schools.

Is there anything else you’d like to mention about career development and community?
We are heavily involved in the community with charities/foundations such as LLS, American Cancer Society, Kevins House, Buffalo Regals and many more!


Do you have an application form and how long does it typically take to complete?
We do have an online application and it usually takes less than 10 minutes to complete.

Do you phone screen applicants before doing in-person interviews?
Applicants are screened by the hiring manager and then an in person or phone interview is scheduled.

What do your in-person interviews entail?
One on one question and answer with the hiring manager.

Do you perform background checks, drug screening, or personality tests before hiring an applicant?
Background and MVR are conducted prior to offer and with hire being contingent to outcome.

Depending on the number of applicants and results from Background & MVR which varies
